The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“6 days after ordering still havent recieved my order, no explanation as to to why not when contacting seller”

Thank you for the review. You placed an order which was due to be dispatched on the Thursday 2nd on a 2-3 working day service. This means your delivery date was Feb 7th. You contacted us on the 6th asking why your order hadn't arrived. We responded the same day asking you to confirm your delivery address so we could double check all the tracking before responding to you. As your parcel was still inside the estimated delivery window of 6th-7th February, we could not arrange a replacement because it was still due for delivery. However, before we could inform you of this you had left a negative review and filed a chargeback for your order which was still due for delivery. I am very sorry your felt the need to do this but if you need any help in the future we'd be happy to help.

“Had good choice and the website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted namely the largest style handle set n white. Delivery was quick surprisingly as they use royal mail and item was as described and easy to install would recommend”
