The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“Ordered the wrong size Ys170 35mm gear box replacement in September,I have phoned and emailed the company on numerous occasions to try get exchanged for a 45mm and had no response from them in 6 weeks. Fast delivery but their customer service afterwards has been rubbish. I had to then buy a second gearbox to get my customers door sorted and have been left stuck with the original one”

“I was very impressed with the quick delivery. The hinges are good, but each one comes in 5 different parts , not counting the 2 plastic caps and there’s no instructions. Not rocket science putting them together, but having some basic instructions would be useful.”

“Hi, ordered a gearbox mechanism and euro 5 cylinder lock at 2:30 ish on Friday and it arrived Monday morning, well packaged, good price, and great service. Also the website had physical dimensions of both gearboxes and locks. This was a godsend, as I'm a novice and it helped a lot when trying to determine which ones to order. I never knew there were some many different combinations.”
