“Placed an order for a signed copy of Frankie Boyle’s latest book. Paid three times the price of the book to have it shipped to the US, which I was happy to do. Received an unsigned copy. Wrote several times and never received a response. Deeply resentful of this. Buyer beware.”

“I ordered a book, trying to wean myself off Amazon and give someone else a break and some rainbow christmas decs to shuzz up my tree. The book is fab but the decs are great and have pride of place in my sitting room. I am very happy with them they came beautifully wrapped, no breakages on route and they arrived on time. I have ordered from you before and have always been provided with great service. Good to know you are supporting charities. Very happy to help.”
