“Hi, my order nr. #GPS102853 has returned to England but I never got notice that it had been delivered to iceland in the first place. According to the Royal mail it was delivered to Iceland on 27th of October and is now back in Manchester. I have the payment in my bank for 8680 isk kronur, that's about 49 pounds. What can be done about this? Can you send it again? Or refund me?”
