“Delivery was astoundingly quick; along with answers to customer queries. But this is managed by one person; so if they are not there you will not get a response at all. Products overall were acceptable, but one product was marked, and some items were missed off from the original order and had to be followed up on separately.”

Hello Sorry you feel this review is worth only 3 stars. The person you were dealing with had to be out of work for a day while a family member was taken into hospital. We have 4 members of staff who answer emails, and they picked up your emails too. We did miss some items out of your order, which were then sent the next day.

“An amazing bookstore full of wonderful treasures for the LGBTQ+ and their allies. I've been shopping in the children's department to help support a trans 10 year-old and there is some much choice, with a lot of love and care gone into the selection. Thank you for being there.”
