“I received one of my two hats. The weight gave away that only one was sent so off the sender didn’t notice. However once I mentioned one only came but I paid for two. They reimbursed my account. It’s Xmas time, back of my mind I’d rather had a correct order but least I can buy something else and it was no hassle getting the money reimbursed so that was great and no stress:)”
