“The first bracelet I bought I got a ‘dispatched’ email followed a few days later by a ‘refund accepted’ email - which I never asked for. After 2 emails I find out it’s damaged so you didn’t want to send it out. Nobody informed me of this upfront, a simple email to explain this and say we’re refunding you would have saved a lot of bother. I then buy another bracelet and the WRONG ONE was posted to me. I’ve emailed twice so far to see what can be done about this but no one has got back to me. The only email I’ve received is this survey one ffs 🤦🏻‍♂️ Can someone send me the bracelet I ordered!!? Mark”
