“Bought the Lesbian coloured bobble hat - really pleased with the quality and warmth the hat provides. Also love the colours of the hat and the fact I’m safer walking my dog in the evening cos of the reflective element of the hat.”

“Fabulous site. Managed to find a book that I'd been leant. Bought it to help answer some questions from the older generations in our family about Trans teens. Easy site to navigate and order from. Good communications and order arrived well packed and quickly. My only issue is that there's sooooooo much to choose from on the site! From books to trinkets, they have it all!”

“Not bad quality for the price and arrived in okay time with strict only issue is I thought with the price I paid for postage it was tracked didn't realise I had to pay more for tracking. So only issue I had was seemed bit expensive for postage compared to other sellers hownuse royal mail”

Hi Holly Your order was for 2 flags, which is then deemed a parcel size. We don't make any profit for the postage cost on your order, that is exactly what it costs us + the packaging materials for each order. Some of our orders are only £2 delivery, if the parcel is smaller. So the cost reflects the size and weight of the package. We're glad it go to you though, with all the problems with the strikes at the moment. Jason
