“I pre ordered this book so I could get it quickly. I still haven't received my order. I must say I am really disappointed. I could have walked in to a book store and got it by now. I know you are at the mercy of your delivery provider. But it does take the point out of pre ordering.”

Hi Julie This book was sent out by Royal Mail on Monday 28th for first class delivery, the day before the release date (and the day we receieved stock). Looking at the tracking number, it does look like your local postal depot (Hemel Hempstead) have delays as they were unable to deliver it to you on the 29th. We did get this stock in a litle later than other bookshops, as we were lucky enough to be the only bookshop in the UK with signed copies of the Hannah Gadsby book, and we had to wait for them to all be signed. Hopefully the fact you're one of the few with a signed copy will make up for it being a little late :-) Thanks Jason
