“Didn’t engage at all with me over questions about where the product was manufactured. I feel strongly that we should not buy products made in countries that don’t have robust LGBTQIA+ protections. Product itself is good quality but the company just ignores any questions and don’t engage at all. I have sent 5 emails about this over the course of 2 months, am just posting this now a I’m done with waiting for a response.”

“I ordered 4 items, one was not in Stockland was fully refunded another was supposed to be a coaster but was given a fridge magnet instead! Otherwise no problems”

“I ordered enamel pins to be shipped to the US and didn't expect them for at least a month. Was very pleased when they arrived about two weeks later and in perfect condition. Definitely will be ordering from the Gay Pride Shop again! (The pins are gorgeous, btw! And I can't wait to gift them to friends!)”

“was really pleased with quick delivery and quality of laces and chain wristband. Laces in, and have had many outings. Wristband not worn yet, only because I have quite a small wrist and have lost others in the past in cold weather taking off all the layers. I my case could have done with less links. I love the design, don't suppose there are "child" sizes?? But all in all pleased to have found the shop. At 76 I feel we have come through the biggest changes, and am PROUD to wear Pride colours with PRIDE.”
