“Ordered 2 items, 1 of which they couldn’t ship due to some quality issue. No communication, ended waiting 2 weeks and only after me contacting them do i get an answer. Got a bunch of excuses “we tried to contact you but couldn’t”, even though they successfully sent 2 emails prior. Poor organization, poor communication, not taking any responsibility for their failures.”

“Waited for the Gwent Preorder, was told it was delayed. Was happy to wait. Tried to chase for an update as the estimated dispatch date has passed but had no communication. This went on for a couple months Finally had someone come back to me, was apologetic which was fine. Got the package shortly after and everything arrived in good condition”

“The item arrived a week after I ordered it, despite the "order before 2pm for same day dispatch" claim on the website and it being in stock. I know things happen but I shouldn't have to go in search of answers, and even so the response given (which came 2 full days after my enquiry) turned out to be incorrect (i.e., will be sent today or tomorrow, then wasn't until the day after). The item itself was fine and I don't mind waiting, but if you're going to make claims about dispatch then don't do so until 6 days later, you need to get ahead of that with your customers, especially in such a crowded market of reliable and timely sellers.”

“I had to chase answers to an overdue order. I tried multiple ways to get a response but it took days before someone replied and it wasnt clear which was rhe best way to contacf eg call, email, social media chat. I think if a preorder doesn't come in as planned, customers should be informed.”

“Service was good, Hunted Booster Set arrived well packaged so did the Jarl CC Armory Deck. Although, it was missing a token card seismic surge token. Not sure if this was intended or not.”

“I understand that things were outside of their control, but it seems my preorder was dispatched late due to warehouse/supplier issues, and then delivered even later due to royal mail being "unable to deliver". Gathering Games' response to queries during the delay was quick and reasonable otherwise I would have rated lower. I would say that it being a preorder the expectation is to get it on the day of release, not almost a week later :(”

“Took longer than advertised to be delivered, Had to contact them to get an update on the delivery details as nothing was showing on the royal mail tracking system. Box was put in a padded envelope meaning it got crushed, contents of box was OK. But if I wanted to give it as a gift I could not.”

“Great business, very helpful - but I was buying online, and they use Royal Mail, who aren't reliable in our area (they leave parcels out on your front doorstep, sometimes in the rain; they let you change the date for an announced delivery, confirm it, then tell you the parcel's coming on the original day; they ignore your 'safe place' and disturb neighbours. So I love Gathering Games, but can't use them again for the moment, sorry”

“Cards I ordered weren’t packaged great (cellotapd on the packs and wrapped so cards bent a bit) but price and shipping time were good.”
