Pre order was delayed even though I was told it would be shipped regarding the ETB. So disappointing I didn’t get the item on the release day. Had to shop elsewhere but did get the booster box.

My parcel got put into someone else's delivery and instead of just giving me a refund a resend was taken place instead and I did mention before this was going ahead I'd much rather not have a booster box from a different order patch I ordered as it was the last box in the shop and thay is the one I wanted. I don't feel happy with the content I received as it just felt like it wasn't my box to open... I would have much rather gathering games just had the money refunded back me, but no mention of that from there end was made. I now feel robbed of £100 knowing it wasn't my boost box. I did message back saying I was unhappy but no feedback was made by their end. End of the day you should've just given me a refund or made it an option.

I don't think the size of the game merited the price. I expected it to be bigger

I reveived my order and the box of the game was damaged but the shipping box was fine. I flagged the issue and was told they were going to make a claim with Royal Mail and I would have to wait 4 weeks for a response. I really don't feel that I as a customer should have the bear the responsiblilty of shipping issues on behalf of the company, especially considering that the shipping was clearly not the cause of the damage.
