Hi William, thanks for leaving us some feedback. We apologise about the delay in the Star Wars Unlimited accessories. It seems not nearly enough were made available from the manufacturer for the recent launch. We sent out an email to you explaining this further, though I'm sorry if you didn't get a chance to ready through this yet. “I reveived my order and the box of the game was damaged but the shipping box was fine. I flagged the issue and was told they were going to make a claim with Royal Mail and I would have to wait 4 weeks for a response. I really don't feel that I as a customer should have the bear the responsiblilty of shipping issues on behalf of the company, especially considering that the shipping was clearly not the cause of the damage.”
