“I understand that things were outside of their control, but it seems my preorder was dispatched late due to warehouse/supplier issues, and then delivered even later due to royal mail being "unable to deliver". Gathering Games' response to queries during the delay was quick and reasonable otherwise I would have rated lower. I would say that it being a preorder the expectation is to get it on the day of release, not almost a week later :(”

“It was my first experience purchasing from Gathering Games and it was a pre-order for a couple of items that were not due to be released for a few weeks. Always a bit of a worry but it turns out there was no need. The price was very competitive and the items arrived earlier than expected . I will definitely use them again.”

“I found Gathering games through looking for the Adepta Sororitas Penitent Crusader Host box. I found them to be the cheapest with free delivery. I often think shipping fees mitigates the saving of Warhammer products. However, I have since looked throught the inventry and unfortanetly, they have very little in stock for the T'au with no indication of restocking dates. Hopefully this can be rectified. But this should not detract from their service, which was spot on.”
