“Very friendly and attentive communication from customer service, overall competitive pricing for in-demand products. Emails are always of qood quality and personable, with relevant information that makes the customer feel valued and is not to be missed. Items are always packaged well and shipped promtly with tracking. As a casual customer i cannot fault them, and they're quickly becoming my go-to online store for my hobby.”

“Good communication and fast delivery. If you’re unlucky with initial preorders you’re occasionally sent an email about a second wave. My destined rivals pulls were abysmal but at least I got to open some.”

“Fantastic sale, I ended up going in for a quick browse and bought 2 things I didn't even play to buy! I was amazed by the despatch speed. I ordered on the Friday with just the cheapest Royal Mail delivery option and somehow it was delivered on Sunday!? Really impressed with the service and will definitely use again.”
