“Bought the product on Friday and paid for 24hr delivery and diddnt recieve until Wednesday which I was a little gutted about. But was packaged well and he was great at communicating. I think it needs to be more clear on how fast they will process and order if paying for timed delivery. But a great site to use”

“I ordered 6 games, a couple of which were out of stock at the time of order. Gathering Games were clear about how the order would be handled (delayed until games came back into stock), however I did feel a bit frustrated at how long it took for one of the games to come back into stock (around 2 months). Once the game came into stock my order was shipped quickly. The policy was very clear and expected restock dates listed on their website, as such I didn't contact customer services.”

“I pre-ordered Wingspan, my favourite boardgame. It was notoriously out of stock everywhere, so I expected a wait. I didn't get a receipt email which bothered me when I needed to check months after what happened to my order. The team however were nice enough to resend the email and tracking details were provided once the game was sent. I would have preferred an update about the wait every month just to have ease of mind. Either way, thank you Gathering Games.”

“I was pleased with the product and the turn around time. I found ordering online and collecting awkward. There was an issue getting through on the phone and honestly it felt a bit weird. The shopkeeper ended up coming to the door but I was waiting a while in the rain. It would be nice to have a short collection window for people who don't want to call, or even just a doorbell. I know the collection set up is being trialed. I'd definitely visit again if I could shop normally, and I'd probably order again if the phone issues were sorted.”
