“Good service and quick delivery. I pre-ordered a game (in Feb) due to release by May. After some delay I got in touch, and GatheringGames were quick to explain that the stock had not arrived yet, and they quickly updated me whenever I asked about my order. When the board game was finally handed over to Gathering Games they had it delivered to my door within 2 days in great condition. Compared to the 6 months it took the developers of the board game to send copies to distributors, I would say this is excellent service!”

“I pre-ordered Wingspan, my favourite boardgame. It was notoriously out of stock everywhere, so I expected a wait. I didn't get a receipt email which bothered me when I needed to check months after what happened to my order. The team however were nice enough to resend the email and tracking details were provided once the game was sent. I would have preferred an update about the wait every month just to have ease of mind. Either way, thank you Gathering Games.”

“Item arrived exactly when they said it was. Difficulties with the item as it kept being delayed by the publisher. Every time I spoke to the support via email they would always reply in a timely manner and it very useful updates. Would recommend to anyone ordering from them.”

“Quick easy sale with a clear and easy website. Unfortunately I decided to order wingspan when their stock went into disarray so it took a while… But all received in a well packaged box! The only thing I would say, keep communications up with the customer to reassure them. Don’t wait for them to contact you! Keep up the good work”

“Ordered a couple of items from here, and unfortunately one of the items delivered had been mixed up with something I didn't want. But Adam's customer service was polite and efficient. They actually emailed me before my order arrived to explain there may have been a mix-up and provided a returns label and and shipped the correct item ASAP after I'd confirmed there was an issue. I accept mistakes can happen, but it's how a business goes about rectifying the issue that I'll judge. All I can say is I'm a satisfied customer and would happily order from Gathering Games in future. Little bit too far from home to be able to attend their brick and mortar store but if their ecommerce customer service is anything to go by, I'm sure it's an excellent establishment!”
