“My parcel got put into someone else's delivery and instead of just giving me a refund a resend was taken place instead and I did mention before this was going ahead I'd much rather not have a booster box from a different order patch I ordered as it was the last box in the shop and thay is the one I wanted. I don't feel happy with the content I received as it just felt like it wasn't my box to open... I would have much rather gathering games just had the money refunded back me, but no mention of that from there end was made. I now feel robbed of £100 knowing it wasn't my boost box. I did message back saying I was unhappy but no feedback was made by their end. End of the day you should've just given me a refund or made it an option.”

“I feel lucky to have such a great shop pretty much on my doorstep. Great selection of games (board, card, tabletop) and if they don’t have it in, ordering in isn’t an issue. In store games and events are always handled well and Fez is very knowledgeable making sure everyone enjoys getting involved. Hopefully the Kill Team Starter set is a good point to jump back in to WH40K!”
