“The product am very happy with however am a bit disappointed with having to phone/chase where my order was as I had little to no info. Chatted to a member of staff saying order was posted only for it to be a lie and was sent out 2 days late”

“The grips and delivery are fine. However the new style of grip tape is very difficult to use and I do not recommend the tape. The tape is very thin and the backing tape is almost impossible to remove.”

“I recently bought two Golf Pride grips and a few tape strips. The grips were fine but the tape strips were dreadful. I believe your decision to change supplier should be immediately reversed. The goodwill you have for quality products will be undermined if you continue to sell these strips. They are much shorter than the grips and very poor quality. Interestingly, I was told you have not changed supplier for the rolls of grip tape. People like me don't need or want to buy an expensive roll of grip tape, so I am forced to look elsewhere for my grip tape needs. The strong likelihood is that I will buy the grips from the new tape strip supplier. Such a pity and so disappointing that Gamola Golf changed golf tape supplier to save a few pence.”

“7 grips took 7 days to arrive, also ordered grip tape strips which were terrible, thin and nasty, used plenty of grip solution grip slid half way on then wouldn't budge. Do not order the tape strips they're useless.”

“Bought the top in blue . Bought the grey one the grey one the sleeves are different. Had to ring twice to get free returns label.. still waiting for someone to ring me back with answer if it Is a manufacturing fault or is it the way the sleeves are on the grey one.”

“I play golf twice a week. HCP around 18. I’ll not place orders for golf products from Gamolagolf. 2 reasons. When searching for the product I wanted, there is nothing on Frugo that indicates the shipping origin is ex UK. The other reason is In Australia we have to pay an Import Tax. Had I been able to access this beforehand I would never have placed the order in the first place.”

“Could have got the same club for £30 less from a different on-line suplier. I went with Gamola golf because I wanted it quickly, in time for a compatition. It did not arrive on time as promised. Although this was the fault of the courier (DPD) next time I will go with the cheeper option.”

“The golf set is fine. The delivery rubbish. They DPD tried to deliver 3 times to an address they could not find. I phoned the Durham branch of DPD and asked them to deliver it to their Stockton on Tees depot.instead they sent it back to Aberdeen I phoned Gamola Golf, explained that it was a birthday present. Asked them to get it on another carrier or sent to DPD Stockton and not deliver it on a Saturday. Had an email they tried to deliver it on SATURDAY i change the delivery address to Mataland Stockton and collected the item today. I think Gamola and DPD need to Take more care of their customers 😒😒 rubbish service e”

“Sevice was good but 1 grip had a fault in the grip and I’m still awaiting a reply on what is happening with the grip. I sent over images to someone in the Aberdeen store and no reply yet.”
