“Je ne suis absolument pas content, je n ai reçu qu une partie de ma commande non utilisable, car il me manque l autre partie de ma livraison, plus d un mois que cela traîne, résultat en arrêt totale de production, et le colis se ballade je ne sais où, sympas, aucune longueurs de livrer donc router non utilisable pour le moment”

“I placed a order for a Christmas present, it arrived on time but the package it was in was ripped and all crumpled up. I rang and spoke to the customer service and told them this is a Christmas present and the package had obviously been delivered to someone else. The response was not satisfactory, all I was asking for was another package. I won't be using this company again.”

“Hi all at Gamola Golf , This was my first purchase from your team Delivery was great on time and kept well informed of the arrival time etc, As it happened I was out but postman left my package behind the side gate, Unfortunately the package was torn in transit / open at one end , I ordered 12 club grips and tapes , The grips look good however the tapes were very poor quality, Managed to use two while trashing a cand decided to purchase some more, They were 10x better for similar price,”

“Item hasn’t been delivered within the timescale specified at the time of sale. The solution to re-issue on express delivery was rejected, rather I was told to wait several days to begin a refund process! Avoid!”

“Didn’t receive the item that was pictured. Instead I received something similar, which wasn’t really suitable. As it was a birthday gift I didn’t have time to return it. Even though I explained this in the email I sent, no help was forthcoming. Poor customer service.”
