“Bonjour, À la suite de ma commande auprès de Gamola Golf, La Poste m’a réclamé la somme supplémentaire de 28 € au moment de la livraison de mon colis. Ces frais ne m’avaient pas été clairement indiqués lors de ma commande et viennent donc s’ajouter au prix déjà payé. Je souhaite connaître la raison exacte de cette facturation, que je conteste. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir examiner ma réclamation et de procéder au remboursement de ces 28 €, ou de m’indiquer la démarche à suivre pour obtenir ce remboursement. Je peux naturellement vous transmettre le justificatif du paiement demandé par La Poste. Dans l’attente de votre réponse, Cordialement, Hervé Leleu”

“Stephen and Graeme were very helpful with placing my order and any extra questions I had. The delivery was quick and the head cover looks great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is a small sewing error on the golf towel, which is a shame and I know it's a difficult process if fabric bunches up.”

“Shaft is perfect, but I bought it from Gamola as I needed it quick. It’s said 2-3 days delivery, was well over a week. It was also more expensive than most sites, went with that thinking I would get the shaft in time.”
