“the cost of shipping was very expensive and the entire proscess took over 14 days. i did get to speak with someone in their office who was extrememy polite and helpful whan i called to find out where the order had been delivered but the cost and time line was not great.”

Hello, unfortunately shipping to Ireland does generanlly take around 7-10 working days and with customs charges etc shipping is more expensive.
