“We have been clients of Fulton’s (formerly Hamilton, Burns & Moore) since 1990! Over that period we have used them for the conveyancing work in the buying and selling of six properties. On each occasion they have delivered an excellent service. The whole team at Fulton’s are helpful, efficient & responsive and, on this occasion, many thanks in particular go to Kerry, Louise, Priyanka and Yolanda.”

“Have followed Fulton's when one of their staff transferred to the company. However the usual person I used is retired now but I've stuck with Fulton and have not regretted it. Kerry's expertise and clarity in her communication has allowed me to complete on a sale in record time with no issues. Very well recommended.”

“1st class exceptional service all round from Fulton's throughout the whole process of buying and selling our house. We moved house a few years ago and Kerry made the whole experience of buying and selling a house so much less stressful, so much so when we moved house a few weeks ago we tracked her down again as would not want to use anyone else as she is by far the best solicitor we have ever dealt with! Kerry was always on hand to answer any questions/problems which we had and her response time was very fast and she was vert attentive and helpful. Her communication skills are 10 out of 10. Never at anytime did we feel worried or not have the latest updates as to what was going on. Price and service were great too. Thanks again for everything and we will be highly recommending Fulton's and Kerry/Louise to our friends and family.”

“It has been 31yrs since we bought our last house and thought it would be a difficult,slow process but thankfully Kerry and her team were very very helpful. Very good at keeping us well informed with quick response whenever we had any questions. They gave me information by email regarding approximately how much the whole process of selling and purchasing would be which helped us to make an informed choice before using their services.We had checked out some other firms and Fultons came out favourably. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends”

“We used Fulton’s for both selling and buying a house and the level of service we received throughout the whole process was first class. If we had a question or problem to discuss at any point then we could always be sure we would receive exactly the right guidance very quickly. My wife and I felt we had a truly great team on our side. Our main contact was Kerry Ritchie and I couldn’t recommend a better solicitor. She was always very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Fulton’s and will use them again.”
