“Was disappointed that an item had been exchanged without letting me know. This really annoys me. It was also cheaper than what I ordered so they owe me money which has not been offered. I didn't return the item so cannot answer the answers below.”

“All of the chocolates I ordered were beautiful. Cherry liqueurs, cherry Bakewell, cherry marzipan and dark ginger. They arrived quickly but unfortunately one box was smashed in transit, which they replaced immediately by next day delivery. Would totally recommend.”

“I have only just come across this website and love the variety. I bought coffee chocolates for my mum as she specifically likes that flavour and many places don't have them so was glad to come across Friars and thought I would try. Bought the coffee milk drops and the coffee creams as a present and my mum loved them! she was definitely not going to share them so I take that as a good sign! will be buying from Frairs again for sure!”

“I received my well packaged chocolates in time for Christmas. I had bought the Christmas carmel and the rum Christmas pudding both were in perfect condition and more importantly delicious. I'll certainly be buying chocolates from friars again.”

“Rum truffles the best I've tasted. Vegan chocs purchased for family member who is dairy free.Beautiful selection.really enjoyed .All well packaged and delivered quickly. Will definitely be ordering again. Nice to keep independent shops going”
