“Very good service, splendid chocolates. In a multiple selection order, one box was damaged in transit - possibly rodent attack. Following immediate response to my email, pre-Christmas, box replaced without quibble, immediately. Have previously bought Friars items and have re-ordered because their all-dark chocolates and sugared almonds are excellent. Presumably, the other chocolates are as well - but we only like dark chocolate. Great!”

“The items I bought were for small gifts for Christmas so I do not have pwrsonal knowledge of them but I have been bying them each year at this time and they are always received with joy so I can recommend them in that way There is never a problem with the order - the items always arrive on time - and they are safely packaged”
