“Website poor, it put wrong delivery address & wouldn’t let me change it, id already paid when I checked. Am NOT amused, can’t find your phone num gift for daughter who lives in London. No good to am diabetic . 😡”

if using apple pay or pay pal they auto default to the address used for that account, this is out of our control, but on the website under contact us is a Phone Number and email address, if we had been contacted we change the delivery adresses. we do several of these on a daily basis

“We enjoy ginger flavoured chocolates and we have taken delivery many times over the years and we find your ginger selections exellent. We are surprised and prehaps a little amused that some of the box selections are not available in the shop in keswick.”
