“I'd purchase from French Furniture Fittings again. The product (kitchen cupboard door knobs) was a good price for a quality product. Although there was a delay in my order I was happy to wait the few weeks it took to arrive largely because Joe was quick to message me by phone and was clear and helpful about the issue. In the end my order arrived earlier than expected!”

Hi Nicola, I am so sorry to hear this. We did send the knobs out to you on the first working day after you placed the order. Unfortunately, we have noticed some deliveries have been delayed due to high levels of staff absences within the delivery companies. “Great product & service! Bought some kitchen cabinet handles from French furniture fittings in place of some from a major retailer that were delayed due to covid- it really was the best decision as the fittings were better quality, almost half the price and arrived next working day. Would highly recommend.”

“I have bought cabinet handles from French Furniture Fittings twice.. on both occasions very happy with the handles and knobs, great quality beautifully designed they finish off my cabinets and cupboards with a touch of class and style. Second purchase I made an error in ordering..they dealt with this promptly and with courtesy. Rare in the Uk to find quality items..great attitude..outstanding customer service anywhere let alone all in one company Amazing all round, .. refreshing .. inexpensive great quality items and service. Wish there were more companies like this”
