“I have been very disappointed with this company. I opened the first of 9 chrome cabinet knobs I had ordered, to find it was rough round the edges. I rang to arrange a return of the items, was told someone would call me back to arrange this. No one called and I again phoned 3 days later and was told I’ would receive an email detailing how to return the items. The email merely reiterated general information written on the website, so I have returned the faulty items at my own expense, having also paid more in delivery charges to FFFittings than the postage amount written on the package. Not a good experience. I have clicked on 6-12 hours below, but it was really 3 days, and no reply, I called again.”

“I purchased a latch lock, unfortunately does not twist, due to it arriving faulty. I would like to speak to someone in regards to a refund, unfortunately emailed twice no response, have messaged via instagram, messages have been seen no reply. Very dissatisfied with service.”
