I'd purchase from French Furniture Fittings again. The product (kitchen cupboard door knobs) was a good price for a quality product. Although there was a delay in my order I was happy to wait the few weeks it took to arrive largely because Joe was quick to message me by phone and was clear and helpful about the issue. In the end my order arrived earlier than expected!
