“Had a sofa delivered with defects. They kindly sent out another sofa and that came a week later the delivery driver didn’t even take it off the van because it was worse than the first one. Honestly so frustrating and when ever I call the office I just have unhelpful staff from the warehouse who get defensive and are not helpful just saying the man who deals with it is not in and the person I’m speaking to on instagram just works from home. Just want the sofa with no defects how hard can that be.”
“Absolutely appalling service, please do not order from them, they will take your money and you will never hear back from them. Spent almost £3k on a sofa and footstools that arrived damaged and dirty. No replies to emails, no post-sale support. Terrible service. Now I have to spend another £200 to attempt a return so that I can raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money bank.”
