Absolutely appalling service, please do not order from them, they will take your money and you will never hear back from them. Spent almost £3k on a sofa and footstools that arrived damaged and dirty. No replies to emails, no post-sale support. Terrible service. Now I have to spend another £200 to attempt a return so that I can raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money bank.
