Flybubble is a specialist freeflight (paragliding, hang gliding, speed flying and paramotoring) equipment retailer and distributor based in the UK. We aim to give an outstandingly personalised service to our highly valued customers. We offer a select range of the best equipment from the top freeflight manufacturers, and hold far more stock than most. This means we can offer you a great choice of new and used gear, package deals, part exchanges, custom fittings and demo flights.

We are passionate pilots, and between us love all aspects of free flying—from ridge soaring to hike-and-fly, cross country, competitions and acro—so can advise on many different styles of flying and equipment. In particular we are experts at matching pilots to equipment, and equipment to pilots!

Most of all, we care about your safety and progression as a pilot. Apart from keeping all the product information up to date on our website, so you can make better-informed decisions, we review freeflight gear, compile tips, and create articles and videos so you can benefit from our expertise and improve your flying.

I ordered my item 2 weeks ago (a harness that was quoted "on stock") and the delivery term was up to 7 days and it's still not with me. I wrote a couple of emails, but stilll don't have any answer. I think it could be a SCAM, because i prepaid the harness in advance by my VISA. Be careful, guys!

Hi George, Thank you for your order and review. I am sorry that your shipment has been so delayed en route and is taking much longer than expected to arrive with you. We are doing all we can to help. We received your order at 08:07 on 14/11/2021. Although we only promise to ship within 1-3 working days, if all items are in stock (which for your order they were), we shipped it to you the same day and provided you with tracking details so you can track your shipment online. Quoting from our Shipping and Stock information page: "Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days if all items are in stock, but sometimes it may take longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer." https://flybubble.com/shipping-stock I confirmed by email to you on 19/11/2021 that your order was sent on 14/11/2021 and was in transit between the UK and Bulgaria. You replied by email the same day, so I am confused that after this you write in your review that you haven't had any answer after we've been exchanging emails. I am also confused that you suggest 'it could be a scam' after we sent you tracking details which show that your shipment left the same day you ordered and is en route. We have carefully chosen the shipping services we use to give the right balance of good and reliable service for a reasonable price. However, there can be unexpected delays with even the best courier companies and most expensive services. For this shipment, we used the biggest courier company in the UK, Parcelforce Worldwide, which we have used for many years. They have generally proven to be very good, which is why we continue to use them. Parcelforce states the expected delivery time to your destination as 4 working days, however clearly your shipment has unfortunately been unexpectedly delayed on this occasion, we don't know why. Investigating the progress with your order again now, and checking the tracking info we provided you with this shows your shipment arrived in its destination country on 26/11/2021 and is awaiting customs clearance. So it is still progressing through the system. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and hope you receive your order soon. Hi Matteo, Thank you for ordering 4 x AustriAlpin FL32A Pulleys from Flybubble. We appreciate your custom and feedback, and are of course sorry to learn that you haven't received your order yet. We will be looking to introduce faster customs processing and faster delivery times for international orders in 2022. We just haven't had the resources to do this yet due to the pandemic and leaving the EU. Checking your order I can confirm it was shipped on 11 Nov 2021 by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for service. Tracking number: RV601884264GB https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item Royal Mail says: "There may be more information on our delivery partner's website." So I have also checked your local postal service Poste Italiane: https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/RV601884264GB It looks like at the moment it is between the UK and Italy - however it is likely that it has arrived in Italy and just hasn't been scanned yet. Once it is scanned in Italy it will appear on the network again and update the tracking information. It may then go to customs and duty may need to be paid. I hope that we will have more tracking news online soon, however we will need to give this a little more time.
