“Excellent quality product.I was building some physiotherapy stairs for my wife's rehabilitation and as an ex Bank Manager I am not experienced in any way with construction and the representatives at Flocon were incredibly helpful with supporting me to make the right choice in respect of parts and in ensuring that they met my needs”

“I needed to create a mechanism to enable me to pour wine from a Nebuchadnezzar bottle - ie the equivalent of 20 normal bottles. Rather than pick it up and pour it, I decided to siphon the contents and hit upon using 6mm stainless tubing. Flocon had the perfect tubing and my friendly plumber bent it into the right shape and fitted a tap for turning the flow on and off. Thanks the Flocn for the quality of the product and the speed of supply.”

“Nice fast delivery!”

“An excellent firm to deal with. I placed a fairly large order for some galvanised steel tubing and galvanised fittings. They arrived within 3-4 days, as a couple of items were out of stock. I made a couple of technical enquiries to do with the fittings, and each time I phoned, the person who answered knew exactly what I was querying and gave me the right answer. When my order arrived one set of fittings were wrongly sent, I phoned them back and discovered they had input the wrong code, one number out, they agreed to send a replacement set out, which arrived by courier, the next morning! I realised, when I laid the fittings on the floor, I had not allowed for an offset in the handrail that the fittings were being used to build up. I needed 8 further fittings, so I placed another order. These arrived the next day and I have all I need now to create the handrail with a double offset in it. I cannot fault Flocon in their orders, deliveries and help in all aspects.”

“I found Flocon online and had a web chat with a salesperson. Requested a quote and by the time the chat was over, the quote was in my Inbox. I Accepted, submitted my order and low and behold my goods were delivered the next day before mid-day. The sales team are all exceptionally helpful, friendly and overall BRILLIANT service. Recommend Flocon and will use again, their pricing is very competitive, but the service is what put them ahead of others.”
