An excellent firm to deal with. I placed a fairly large order for some galvanised steel tubing and galvanised fittings. They arrived within 3-4 days, as a couple of items were out of stock. I made a couple of technical enquiries to do with the fittings, and each time I phoned, the person who answered knew exactly what I was querying and gave me the right answer. When my order arrived one set of fittings were wrongly sent, I phoned them back and discovered they had input the wrong code, one number out, they agreed to send a replacement set out, which arrived by courier, the next morning! I realised, when I laid the fittings on the floor, I had not allowed for an offset in the handrail that the fittings were being used to build up. I needed 8 further fittings, so I placed another order. These arrived the next day and I have all I need now to create the handrail with a double offset in it. I cannot fault Flocon in their orders, deliveries and help in all aspects.
