“We have been using Fleet Trak since 2012. Customer service is excellent. We have a dedicated account manager who looks after all our needs. She is in regular contact and deals with any issues within 24hrs. The tracking system is very good.”

Over this period Fleet Trak have continuously provided a great service supplying us with all the solutions we require. As new technology has been developed Fleet Trak have worked closely with us to ensure we are purchasing the right equipment for our vehicles. “When looking into the telematics market three years ago, there were many choices. Fleet Trak were approached and from the first contact with Sean explaining the system, to the current day, the partnership has been excellent. With my many questions, especially around the excellent tachograph module with live data, Lauren, Tiffany and the team have humoured my ignorance and answered everything quickly and efficiently. Its good to know someone is always on the end of the phone to assist. Thanks”

“The system has allowed us to monitor and control our fleet much better, it also assisted us in better planning. The dash board allows us to have a quick and comprehensive overview of driver performance. Lauren in the Fleet Trak office is always on hand to assist me with new queries and ways to improve the way we use the system.”
