“I had an issue with a vehicle not tracking and Eliza-Joan Garvey was straight on it for me. She resolved the issue quickly, delivers fantastic and very professional customer service - her correspondence always comes across as cheerful and always get quick responses. I don't have to chase matters up or ask twice. Keep up the great work Eliza”

“We have received a 5 star service from Fleet Trak, from the initial phone call, through training, ordering, implementing and on going service. The platform is easy to use and super informative, especially for reports. But the thing that stands out is the amazing customer service we receive from Lacey Waller. “Being new to the business and not having a full understanding of Webfleet I called Fleet Trak to ask for some assitance. Speaking with Niamh Daly she soon had me feeling confident that once we had had an online tutorial ( you can have this in person if you wish ) I would be ok and could utilise the system fully. Niamh run through all the options that you can use on Webfleet explaining in a clear and concise manner. I will have questions no doubt once I start to use the system fully but Niamh advised me that herself or one of the team will always be on hand should and when I will need assistance.”
