Being new to the business and not having a full understanding of Webfleet I called Fleet Trak to ask for some assitance. Speaking with Niamh Daly she soon had me feeling confident that once we had had an online tutorial ( you can have this in person if you wish ) I would be ok and could utilise the system fully. Niamh run through all the options that you can use on Webfleet explaining in a clear and concise manner. I will have questions no doubt once I start to use the system fully but Niamh advised me that herself or one of the team will always be on hand should and when I will need assistance.
