With regard to the the order being late. We closed our unit over the Christmas holiday and returned on 2nd January, when we started to process orders. I can see that your order was delivered on 5th January. We put our updated delivery information in various prominent positions on our website, including the top of each product page and on our delivery information page.

“Fast delivery especially over the Christmas period. However, was extremely disappointed by the product as it appeared much cheaper than the original website photo. Unfortunately, do not have a picture as it was given as a gift. Luckily they saw the fun in it.”

Thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear of your disappointment in the Large Custom Deskplate Sign.
We feel that it is a unique, fun gift and realistically priced at £17. It is a personalised product, so we have to design the layout and then laser cut the bespoke design. The acrylic plate is engraved and then added to the base by hand. I'm sorry that you felt the photo didn't represent the product. We do list the dimensions (21 x 6cm) and material (acrylic) in the product description.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. I understand your disappointment. It's a pity that you didn't contact us about this. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service but unforunately we cannot help when we are unaware of a problem.
With regards to delivery. You placed the order last weekend and it left us on Monday. You paid £2.40 for delivery which includes the standard Royal Mail tracking. We do offer other delivery options, including courier delivery and next day delivery. A lot of our customers opt for these options, especially this close to Christmas when postal networks can be delayed, as outlined on our delivery pages.
