“Very impressed with ordering, communication and delivery speed. Product (soft close basket drawers) sturdy and well made. Issue with one runner rectified without question in a couple of days - amazing customer service!. Would happily use again.”

“Efficient delivery packaged securely. Pleased with the quality of the pull out frame for the bin. It is sturdy and strong and should be able to cope with the amount of use it will get. The bin is of good quality and a strong fitting lid. Just would have preferred a bin that was about 40 litres or more but still ok. No problems fitting it but would have liked more detailed instructions as we figured it out.”

“We bought soft close wire baskets, they’re absolutely wonderful, look good and serve our purpose exactly. I have to say their customer service and support is exemplary, initially I thought I’d ordered the incorrect size, I’d emailed on a weekend and surprisingly they replied on the same day, explained what I needed to do. Voila! Perfect size!! Great company.”
