“Always a pleasure to deal with Fireworks Crazy - Great selection, excellent prices and convenient delivery or pick up options. The new website is fantastic and having videos of each firework to help make the selection is awesome. I use these guys a couple of times a year without fail!”

“Superb service right from the word go, quick and easy ordering service, great communication from ordering to delivery, excellent packaging and speed of delivery and i will have no hesitation using them again. The delivery charge was a little high but this was expected as they ARE Dangerous Goods, but this was not an issue.”

“Placed an order expecting a few days delivery, the guys delivered them personally the next day,amazing service, cant comment on the fireworks yet as haven't used them,if they're as good as the customer sevice I'll be recommending them to all.”

“Always a pleasure buying my 'toys' from firework crazy. Usually buy in store but during covid lock down my 'Clap for NHS' rockets were dropped on my doorstep within a few hours of ordering online. Thanks guys. (Saving up for a real big rocket to let loose when lock down is lifted - wooh hoo! 😁)”

“Bought from Fireworks Crazy for years, always use them and usually drive to Chelmsford for a mooch in the shop. However, needed some 'works' recently during the Covid-19 crisis. Couldn't believe the service. Ordered at 8.15pm on Wednesday night and a friendly driver arrived at our home in North West London at noon the following day! Crazy fireworks! Crazy service! Five stars.”

“hi there. ok if you want some feedback fair enough. 1. the rockets are very good and loud but rather expensive, but you do get what you pay for. 2. the smoke bombs at £5 each I was expecting better, I have only used 3 of them to amuse the kids and all three failed to ignite after following instructions and I had to just find the fuse wire and put flame to it. Yes I did pull the wire correctly to the right and not straight up. I am not overly bothered about it but it kind of takes the effect out of it when you get the kids thinking I just pull a pin and it explodes into coloured smoke lol. But with everything else going on in the world it matters not.”

HI Simon. I've had this happen before with the smokes,. but only once out of the dozens and dozens we've lit and tested. Not sure why you've been so unlucky.

“Delivery was very prompt and so far fireworks are very dramatic were purchase for thursday NHS appriciation only downside was delivery costs to make it ecomical a bigger order would help”
