“Excellent customer service and delivery was well on time. The fireworks were totally amazing and great value - (this being the second time we have used the SIB Hercules) Would certainly recommend!”

“I ordered these for my daughters wedding, thank god I ordered them early, though I did want to use some for her hen party on 29 March but they did not arrive even though the website says they would 10 days seems a long time. I chased up the order and was told that the delivery service was at fault ! not happy with the service, sparklers were fine just a pity they did not arrive in time for the hen party”

“Very easy to deal with. Slight problem in no email confirmation of order, which isn't a common occurance, but checked with a phone call, order was fine and all arrived in a timely fashion as promised the following day. Would definately use again and recommend to others.”

“I came across this store thanks to my daughters A-Level photography project, the theme being fire. After being inspired by Tom Lacostes wall of fire photos we just needed the equipment. Everything we could need on one site and prices are not too bad either, delivery was quick..all she needs to do now is get the camera clicking.”
