“The whole experience from ordering to watching the fireworks was excellent. I have used Firework Crazy a few times now and it feels like you have personal service, the homepage has your name on it when you return and if needed they call you and speak in person, the quailty of the fireworks is superb and i am planning my next order. Well Done.”

“We have used Firework Crazy on a number of occasions over the past few years and have always received our order quickly. The site is excellent allowing us to view the fireworks in action so taking much of the guesswork out of designing and choosing the effect that we wish to display. Not always being well organised we appreciate the normally fast delivery service. This year we managed a weeks notice but the use of DPD as the deliverer nearly meant we didn't receive our parcel in time as they only provide what they call 2day delivery service to our area despite accepting parcels on one day delivery from clients. They then send parcels up to Inverness, send us an e-mail saying the parcel is out for delivery, the parcel fails to arrive and then if we are lucky about two days later arrives with a sub contracted firm who have received the parcel in Dundee that morning. Thanks to prompt action from Firework Crazy the non delivery was chased up and the parcel arrived on New Years Eve (from a Dundee sub contractor) in time for the party.”
