“Have no complaints - when I placed my order I received a call to check the date of my display and received all the fireworks I'd ordered easily in time. The ordering process and the display all worked perfectly. A friend had recommended this company to me because he'd had similar good experiences with them.”

“I consider the overall process to work well. i would certainly recommend Firework Crazy and use you again. More video examples of what the fireworks look like in action would be helpful of course”

“For three years I have used Firework Crazy and have never been disappointed with the range of fireworks on offer or the price. The service is excellent especially this year when leaving things a bit late one item was out of stock. The substituted items were, if I recall, of slightly greater value. The fireworks themselves have always been impressive and over the three years there has only been one that did not go off properly. It did provide some excitement when put on a bonfire a few days later but not something I would recommend!”

“Service was fine. I thought for new customers, it would be useful to have a video showing what the Catgory 2 cakes look like, how to set them up using stakes, how close together they can be etc - this would have saved FWC time answering my questions by phone!”

“Excellent service and delivery from FCL. The fireworks were absolutely superb and so loud. They arrived in perfect condition and were a massive hit with the small party of friends that I had bought them for. I'll be buying again come Oct 2013!”

“Super fireworks, fast delivery, my only reservation about using again is cost of delivery. Not particularly the fault of the company as their are restrictions and rules on contents of parcels carried by couriers and postage these days is very very expensive. I liked their web site and it was very easy to choose the fireworks as you can see little video clips of them although it does make you want to buy them all!”
