“I was very satisfied with the communication on the phone regarding advice about the Fireworks. The order was quickly despatched and was packaged safely and securely. I would recommend this company due to their excellent customer service etc.”

“Extremely satisfied. Firework Crazy worked hard with the delivery company to make sure they made a return trip having missed them due to large vehicle size, so the fireworks arrived in time for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.”

“Excellent range of products and reasonable value too. The website was simple to navigate with main menu on the left of every page and checkout was simple too. The fireworks (cat 2 garden fireworks and 1.3g rockets) were a big hit with everyone. Delivery was rearranged by the courier for the day after the initial date, but communication with the retailer and courier was good. I'd buy from these guys again.”

“I purchased from FireworkCrazy for the 4th year in a row and although I've always had great service, and they use the most friendly couriers, this year I messed up my order and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issues, and getting my purchase out on time in spite of that. Great team!”

“I paid for a certain delivery date, the product was not delivered that day, I then phoned up and cancelled the order. The product then arrived two days after I cancelled it and I was never refunded any money. Not even the delivery charge”
