“Fantastic service from start to finish. Having really just played (not literally) with fireworks previously we thought we’d throw a proper firework party with friends this year and as such did some research to make sure we spend wisely. I found Firework Crazy on a forum and approached them for some advise. They had some great bundles but I didn’t want to be letting off oodles of small fireworks so the guys there listened and advised based on what we were looking for. That, and a couple of hours on their website looking at videos and hope I hope to have an amazing display. Roll on this Saturday.”

“The ordering was easy, the delivery came on time and the fireworks were amazing. I would definitely recommend firework crazy to others. The only improvement I would say needs looking at is the firing orders information sheet, as sometimes alternative fireworks are sent but sadly not amended on the list, or just a note on what its replacing would be good.”

“The whole process was absolutely fantastic. I advised of our budget and what we wanted and you completely delivered. The customer service was excellent, all responses were speedy and prompt and not only did you sell us fireworks, you went the extra mile and gave us an order of setting them off, timings and everything. This made our display fantastic and the feedback Dalgety Bay Bowling Club is receiving because of it is immensely positive. Thank you so much and we will definitely be in touch again next year for our firework event.”

“On the plus side, their prices are good and the fireworks all appear to have arrived successfully *** On the downside, they completely ignored a request to ship on a specific day, which was written on the booking form and also sent by a followup email, and in fact we didn't get responses to any queries at all. So we ended up having to take time off work to be in when the fireworks were delivered. Overall, I probably wouldn't use them again.”

“As ever, *** has trumped again. Faultless website, faultless delivery service, faultless customer service where it’s very much hands on and an open book. No hiding behind websites or answer phones. I think it’s my 4th year of ordering from them. I used to purchase from a variety of traders however since stumbling upon fireworks crazy I haven’t had a need to go elsewhere ***”

“My delivery was delayed due to the unavailability of the *** firework although this wasn't identified at the time of order or until six days later when I phoned to enquire when my order would be delivered. I agreed to make a substitution to enable delivery the following day but then was texted to say my delivery was postponed and would take place on the following Monday (two days after my display) due to a problem at the connecting Hub at Heathrow. In short, the company paid for a Saturday delivery (the day of the display) and curiously there was a Kronos firework in the box after all as opposed to the substitution! My main issue here is that somebody was at the delivery address for six days expecting the order to arrive the next working day after order. That's a lot of time off work!”

“clearly very good at what they do - good advice, good product, good coms - we needed to fit the display into a 20m garden and we only had a modest budget - but the choice they recommended was really great and enjoyed by all!”
