“We had difficulty paying online, however that was quickly resolved with a phone call and the fireworks arrived with amazing speed. The customer service was excellent and I would definately recommend Firework Crazy to everyone for value for money!”

“No complaints - clear website with YouTube clips for most products to help with the decision-making process. Having placed my order, it was packed well and dispatched within 24 hours and arrived the following day with email notifications every step of the way. The feedback we received from our guests was that this was our most impressive display ever. We had one slight niggle with the fuse safety caps on the 4-King Marvellous rockets which appeared to be stuck on one side to the launch sticks with glue, but otherwise an excellent display and a very positive reception.”

“I ordered the new Garden Party box which was delivered a good 5 days before my firework party as requested. It was fantastic value for money, starting with the smaller ones and working my way up to the largest ones it was a sustained fabulous display, lots of colour and variety. Everyone thought I had spent hundreds rather than just over a hundred. ***, London”

“Have purchased fireworks from Firework Crazy for a number of years and never been disappointed. This year the delivery was a little close for comfort but they did arrive in time. One firework mis-fired - a replacement for an out-of-stock item - the Jorge 35 Exclusive. All 35 shots going up together but the audience thought the one like a fleur-de-lis was good but quick! So everyone happy. I am sure to be back next year.”
