“Placed my order for the first time without any major issues. Really like the videos associated with each product so you know exactly what you're buying. I think some of the offers should probably assign themselves automatically if applicable to the order. I missed out on an offer as it wasn't until after I placed an order that I noticed I was eligible for an additional 20% of fireworks. Fortunately, I emailed the team and they confirmed they could rectify this for me. Also spoke to someone called *** who called me to confirm when I'd need the fireworks and when he would be able to ship them out. Very polite and professional on the phone. I'm still waiting for the fireworks to arrive but based on my experience so far I don't think I'll run into any issues.”

“Great overall experience, from someone who would normally resort to buying Supermarket Selection Boxes. Had so many of my party guests comment in how big and spectacular the display was. What really made them drop their jaw was when I replied with how little I had paid. 30-45 min display along with 40 sparklers for the same price as a couple of Supermarket selection boxes. Have bookmarked this site and will definitely be using Fireworks Crazy again.”

“The selection of differing fireworks seemed good and was quite easy to access via the web page. Sadly, the fireworks I wished to order were out of stock and so I am waiting, (- and hoping ) - that they will be in stock and delivered by the date I require which is the en of October.”

“We had a few problems where the paypal payment would not show on the account but that was due to an error of my making, I accidently added another letter to the paypal email address ! Mr. *** of Firework Crazy Limited, put me right and with a couple of emails all was well.The firework order has gone through and we will receive them in plenty of good time. *** was extremely patient and very helpful. I ordered and received fireworks last year and they were very prompted, the fireworks I ordered were FANTASTIC, we gave a GREAT SHOW enjoyed by all who came. I GIVE FIREWORK CRAZY TOP MARKS.
