“Ordered from this retailer for the first time this year. It's not often I would bother leaving reviews however, following a small glitch, I had reason to contact the proprietor. The after sales and customer service experience was exceptional and second-to-none. There are many larger companies out there who proclaim to have 5-star customer experience levels, but they'd need to go a long way to catch up with Firework Crazy. Highly recommended suppliers of some top quality fireworks, at excellent prices, and with a back up service to match. A very refreshing breath of fresh air dealing with a company who treat their customers with respect, and quite obviously understand the importance of customer retention by being proactive on customer service.”

“Hi, I ordered 4 fabulous rockets online from New Zealand for a party in the UK. They were delivered promptly and arrived in perfect condition. The rockets were gifts for 4 people and were absolutely brilliant. They were fired under the October harvest moon and oh my they went down a treat with everyone. Thanks so much. Great service.
