“Very satisfird with ordering procedure, and have found customer support to be very good. . I would certainly recommend FWC to friends , and have done so. Difficult to identify areas needing improvment as have only ever encountered a small glitch in the ordering process, but this was rectified very promptly once you were advised of it.”

“Great customer service, but more communication is needed with delivery service. I waited in all day Friday, only to be told later that day that there'd been a delay and my package wouldn't be delivered until Monday. If I hadn't contacted ***, I wouldn't have known. They had my number but couldn't be bothered contacting me. Thanks to *** for his trouble and time in sorting this out.”

“I would certainly recommend Fwk Czy to others without hesitation. The staff are friendly and helpful, and offer good advice when needed. It's hard to know how the shopping expierience could be improved as Fwk Czy is a professional company in every respect, communication being a strong point as is their friendly approach.”
