“Excellent service from researching fireworks to collection at the Chelmsford shop. The videos of each firework on the website is so helpful. Prices very good and selection very good. Very friendly man who served me at collection and being able to pay and then collect was very straight forward. We had a great fireworks display, thank you.”

“I wish there was a start rating better than 5 stars if very good. I don't know the two gentlemens names, however they were extremely helpful with my order and although what I initially wanted as out of stock they very quickly found me great alternatives. The shop is covid secure too so felt at ease entering the shop, and waking around having a look at the fireworks as there was plenty of space, hand sanitiser etc Great selection of fireworks as well as low noise. Was very handy to walk around the shop and see a 1 - 5 rating of loudness on all fireworks. Made it very easy to choose what I wanted.”

“It was a really simply process to order the goods and they arrived on time and professionally packaged. The online buying system was really helpful, with you being able to see a film of almost all fireworks on sale first. Lastly the advice page and safety guidance was very helpful indeed. Overall and excellent service and I am looking forward to seeing my fireworks up on Saturday.”

“I’ve been using fireworks crazy for a few years now, I used to collect them but now I have them delivered Mark is very knowledgeable on his fireworks and has a great selection with short videos of all his products so you can see what your getting I don’t look at other firework sites I’m happy staying with Mark,”

“An excellent website. I particularly liked the videos of every firework they sell so you can see the colours,patterns and effects. Another informative aspect is how many seconds the firework lasts, the height it reaches and safety precautions explained with each firework. Best website for fireworks I have ever used. I have also visited one of their stores before too and the staff are so knowledgeable. You can explain the effects you want to achieve and they know instantly the fireworks you need. Brilliant!”

“Love the idea of having a short video of the product before purchasing. I have horses nearby so can't have any loud fireworks. The ordering and delivery were first-class.Fireworks Crazy is my new go to from now on....Brilliant”

“We have used Firework Crazy for the last four years and find it to be great value for money and the actual fireworks never disappoint. My only comment about service would be that more information about delivery would be useful. I had no idea what day/time they would be delivered until the door bell rang. Apart from that, 100%.”
