“I purchased fireworks from Firework Crazy and one of the cakes just exploded on the ground (gave me a bit of a shock) and did not go off properly. I was worried that there may be a Bad batch so contacted the manufacturere and Fireworks crazy. Their customer services was very good and they refunded me for the Cake that malfunctioned. I returned again this year (even bigger order) which was keenly priced and arrived promptly. I would have not hestation recommending this company good customer service should be rewarded.”

“Slightly chaotic organisation, but recovered well when I had a little grumble. Successfully delivered to a neighbour when we were away. Free big firework for early ordering is good. They wrote a proposal for fireworks to purchase.”

“This was a first time order with Firework Crazy and they were extremely helpful when I contacted them. So good I placed two orders which were delivered without issue. Cannot review quality as display not for 3 weeks. Expecting them to be great though.”

“I haven't used the fireworks yet, so I can't comment on them, but this is my third year of using Firework Crazy, and I've always had a garden full of very happy (and over-excited) children in the past . The service is prompt and friendly and the website is clear and informative. I plan to shop here again next year.”

“I have used Firework Crazy for several years and they have consistently offered a second to none range of fireworks with videos to enable an informed selection. Those videos always reliably portray the fireworks in question. Substantial discounts are always available and delivery has always been timely and done with care by their chosen courier services.
